HOW IT WORKS:
1. Once you purchase the Custom Virtual Design Package, you will be able to download & fill out the design questionnaire, which includes everything that I will need to understand your vision and scope of work needed to get started.
2. After I receive the questionnaire, signed contract, photos of your space and inspiration photos/Pinterest link, I will begin the design process. During the design phase, I may reach out to you via email if I have any further questions.
3. Depending on the project scope, you will receive your initial design around 7-14 business days. You will review the initial design and send me any feedback. If necessary, we will discuss revisions. You will have ONE round of revisions if you request within two weeks of receiving the initial design boards. Extra revisions can be purchased, please message me.
4. Upon your approval of a final design, you will receive your completed design booklet with the procurement sheet with links to start purchasing and bringing your new space to life!
WHAT I WILL NEED FROM YOU UPON PURCHASE:
1. Completed questionnaire
2. Signed contract
3. Measurements of the space (there is a guide included in the downloadable Welcome Guide to assist)
4. Photos of the current space (preferably in high-resolution & in natural light)
5. Inspiration photos // Pinterest link
* NOTE: Progress on your project will only start once information above has been received; delays in sending these will affect the delivery timeline.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
* This service does NOT include styling decor items such as decor for open shelves or bookcases. If you are interested in adding bookshelf styling accessories, please purchase this additional a la carte add-on service.
* This service is for ONE custom room design only. If you are interested in having multiple rooms designed, please reach out to us PRIOR to purchasing.
* We do NOT allow cancellations, exchanges or refunds for any reason on virtual design projects.
FYI:
This package expires after 30 days of no contact. Please be sure you are ready to get started and understand that this will be a collaborative process.
PLEASE NOTE:
Although I try my best and select items that are in-stock, items do go out-of-stock quickly in this industry and therefore I cannot guarantee that every item listed will be available when you receive your final design booklet and start the ordering process. Please message me if you come across an item that is out-of-stock when you go to purchase it and I will suggest an alternative option.
